Buying experience was good everyone was nice. But the 4 month 5,000miles used warranty is not worth the paper its written on. (Days) ...not weeks after purchase i contacted Alexander Ford about issues the automobile is having. I've gotten (no) help from this place.just the salesman keeps saying call back and he'll check with the management ..and He'll call me back.and let me know what they say. Very easy and comfortable to deal with. Sales, F/I, paperwork all knew their jobs and did their jibs well. Very efficient. The F/I guy, Stephen, offered to drive my new truck the 2.5 hours to deliver it to me! All of the staff we dealt with were pleasant to work with. I left my car at 8 am by lunch I called to check on it and was told they didn't have an update then around 3:30 I called again and was told no update I said I need to know if I will have a way home they said the car would be outside at 5 with the keys inside when I picked up the car there was no paperwork as to what was done to the car
