Very easy and comfortable to deal with. Sales, xxI, paperwork all knew their jobs and did their jibs well. Very efficient. The xxI guy, Stephen, offered to drive my new truck the 2.5 hours to deliver it to me! All of the staff we dealt with were pleasant to work with. I left my car at 8 am by lunch I called to check on it and was told they didn't have an update then around 3:30 I called again and was told no update I said I need to know if I will have a way home they said the car would be outside at 5 with the keys inside when I picked up the car there was no paperwork as to what was done to the car

Recall for security programming on my Mach 1 she was very helpful and kind even though the flash didn't fix my issue. She assured me she would order a replacement BCM to fully fix my issues.
